Midwest Mailing runs regular routes throughout the mid-Missouri area. You simply tell us what time your mail needs to be picked up, and we'll take it from there. We will transport your mail to our processing facility in Columbia, affix postage and then add it to our daily presort, saving you time and money. You will never pay more than full first class postage and due to the presorting techniques, your mail will reach it's destination faster.

If your mail is ready for pickup before 1:30 pm, it will go out the same day. Late afternoon pickups will go out the next day. If you have a large amount of mail, we can even arrange two daily pickups so the mail prepared early in the day will receive same day service. We will work with your business on an individual basis to ensure that you receive the service that is right for you.

If you already have your mailroom in place and affix the postage yourself, we can also help you save money on postage. All you do is affix the lowest postage rate to your mail pieces, then we pick it up and will add it with our other clients mail on our state of the art presort machine.
